- Laptop/computer viewing is best. Chrome and Safari are the preferred browsers but we'd say avoid Internet Explorer.
- When the cursor changes to a pointer you can click and interact.
- ALL PASSWORDS ARE CAPITALS
- Screen-sharing on a platform like Zoom is great to keep everyone involved. Be aware that the minimised display of other participants may block some of the image so just tell everyone to toggle the appearance of the screen-share once you start.
- Some videos have audio so useful to turn your sound up and click the unmute buttons.
- Be careful if your computer browser is generally zoomed-in. Click ‘View’ at the top of your internet browser then ‘Zoom out’ if you need a broader view of the screen.
- Puzzles may not be able to be solved immediately. You may have to explore a lot further and get more details before what you have to do presents itself. Investigate everything available to you first before working out how to proceed.
